Egg Fried Rice In Resturent Style

EGG FRIED RICE IN RESTURENT STYLE

This can be prepared under 30 minutes, including cooking rice freshly. However I can make using leftover rice too. It is wholesome and nutritious on its own and does not need any side dish, but can be serve with any indo Chinese foods like Manchurian or chili potato. Egg fried rice can also be made using boiled eggs. This recipe is similar to the essay veg fries rice but this one is an addition of eggs. If you are looking for quick dinner ideas, do try this. You can plus or minus the ingredients based on their availability or to suit your taste.
Using star anise, mace, celery and garlic add great flavors to the rice that one can often find in restaurant served indo Chinese foods I suggest using them, if you do not want to use soya sauce. A LOOK AT PAKISTANI FILM INDUSTRY

Entertainment is consider to be a big and important source for joy and engaging people in a certain activity.Pakistan had enjoyed a good entertainment in 60's. In fact,60's is considered to be the golden age of Pakistani Cinema. Many A-stars were introduced during that time and became legends of silver screen.Pakistani Film Industry has many achievements in the past years. In the colorful era of film industry,Pakistani Industry introduced many legendary actors like Nadeem Baig,Muhammad Ali and Waheed Murad that still renown as "Chocolaty Hero".

These actors did great job and entertained the nation with their realistic acting skills. In 1966, film,ARMAAN,was released  and this became one of the most cherished film of the industry. This was the first film that complete 75-weeks screenings at cinema houses throughout the country with a outstanding feedback.
Due to lack of budget, unfortunately the golden age did not last for long time and the downfall of Pakistani Film Industry began.Due to this horrible situation, the public interest started shifting from Pakistani media to Indian media.
But now,the Pakistani Film Industry has once again shown signs of growth and entertaining, many movies have been released that outclassed the Indian movies like:WAR,BOL,MOOR,MAIN HON SHAHID AFRIDI and NA MALOOM AFRAAD are the highly appreciated movies not only in Pakistan but also globally.

However, this year is also packed with some spicy, thrilling and romantic movies,BALU MAHI and THORA JEE LE has been released and luckily they did a great, decent business throughout the world, that is a positive sign for Pakistani Film Industry.
As far as the movies are concerned, our Pakistani Industry is also blessed with some hinning starx that are playing remarkable role in promoting as well as supporting the Pakistani Film Industry. Maya Ali,Mahira Khan,Fahad Mustafa,Saba Qamar,Ayesha Omer,Humayun Saeed,Sanam Saeed and Mohib Mirza are the bright and wonderful actors that are playing an essential role in entertaining the public by their realistic acting.
Where we have some young actors,we and are also thankful to have some legends with us like Bushra Ansari,Behroz Sabzwari and Javed Sheikh. These all young and versatile legends are doing their best t upgrade the Pakistani Film Industry.
I hope that the upcoming years will prove to be remarkable years for Pakistani Film Industry.I wish Pakistani Industry generates more successful movies.I will be happy and thankful to my public if they support and promote Pakistani Cinema and Film Industry because:

How To Stop Comparing Yourself To Others

One of the easiest ways to feel bad about oneself is to compare yourself unfavorably to others. Most of us are compare ourselves to other. We compare our homes, cloths, cars, beauty, physical feathers, jobs, money, relationships and social popularity. If we start comparing our achievements and all things then we can raise the greater stress, anxiety and depression. When you take stress about your deficiencies than you are focused on the wrong things and it can even stop you from taking part in many aspects of your life. Constant comparison with others tends to lower your self confidence and make you feel bad about yourself. I would like to share awareness that help you to stop comparing yourself to others.

First of all you realize life is not a competition then you focus on what you have, see how much you have grown, what you have achieved and what progress you have made towards your goals and you should focus on your strengths so you will feel good about yourself without having to think less of others people. Spend more of your time focusing on the positive and good things in your life. By being kinder and less harsh with yourself, you will encourage yourself to go to try harder and you also realize that idealizing someone is unrealistic. You only focus on certain aspects of the person you idealize.
Count your blessings and focus on what you do have, on what you already blessed. Count what you have rather then what you don’t have. Think about how lucky you are to have the people in your life who care about you.
Remember nobody is perfect and don’t get jealous get inspired instead of getting jealous, you should try and learn from their success. Think about what steps they did in order to get where they are at right now. What you spend less energy and time on worrying about whether you match up to others you become free to find real fulfillment in your life.

Confidence is a key you have to believe in yourself, stop criticizing every step you take and learn from every little achievement. If you feel the lack of confidence so you will not get your goals in a better way. You should not follow someone if you following someone so you can’t good work and this pressure can raise the greater stress, anxiety and depression. New ideas and fresh perspectives can only come from people who really dare to be themselves.
As human it is in our nature to compare ourselves to others but we did not born to live their life. There is no sense of wasting our life being jealous from others. So let’s stop comparing ourselves to others.
“Comparison is the death of joy”

HIJAAB AND BEAUTY

Why do you wear it?
Your hair look good. You look good in open hair.
Keep them open.
Are you bald?
Your boyfriend must be forcing you.
Are your parents strict ? Don't you feel hot?
Won't you face rishta problems because of your Hijab?
Why do you carry it in weddings and parties?

These are the pathetic question which have been frequently asked whenever someone start wearing hijaab. No wonder, no one is safe from the typical pathetic taunts either you wear Hijaab or not. It is more hurting for the new Hijaabis to respond everyone why  is she wearing Hijaab. Normally, In Pakistan, there is a tradition to wear it when you're going out in the streets and if you don't wear it, people will label you "Behaya". However, if you wear Hijaab in the family gathering, same people will point at you and say "This is not a Milaad gathering; why are you dressed up like this?" This mentality needs to be changed. If someone is wearing Hijaab, that should be highly appreciated. Instead of  asking irrelevant question to make someone feel ugly. Allah made every single human beautiful. And Allah SWT ordered the Women of Islam to cover themselves. So who are we to say "You don't look good in Hijab".

Further more the purpose of Hijaab is to hide beauty not to inhance it. So Dear Hijaabis, Next time someone say to you "You look more beautiful in open hair" say thanks to them and say
"Thank you for telling me the purpose of wearing my Hijaab is accomplished".

THE STATUS OF WOMEN IN ISLAM

Women are the integral part of the society. In our religion Islam not only gives basic equality to woman, but also equal Legal Rights. She may buy, sell, earn a living and manage her own money and property. In Islam the woman has a legally independent personality and her obligations are independent from her father, husband or brother. In addition, Islam gave inheritance right to women from movable as well as immovable property. She also has share of property after death of male relatives (father, husband and brother). Women get maintenance for child bearing also living with husband even in case of divorce.

Unfortunately, over a period of time, this aspect of equality has been replaced with gender discrimination and inequality, even degrading to severe form of violence, which is rampant in Pakistan. The prevalence of customary laws became more visible as Islam travelled far and wide. Therefore, the true essence of the religion has been compromised, as is evident in Pakistan. And in the place of equality for women, violence became the 'rule of the land'.

How and why did the status of women declined in the Islamic society? May be the answer lies in the medieval cultural practice. As most of the early jurists came from 7th century urban Arab society and culture. And secondly, the fabrication of ahadith (plural of hadith) also caused discrimination. The Qura'anic injunctions in respect of women were not acceptable in a patriarchal culture, as it challenged the authority of men and made women equal. Therefore, one can say that the problem is more cultural rather religious. But unfortunately religious zealots try to justify prevalent cultural and social misdeeds on the basis of Islam.

Regrettably, at the individual level, women themselves are also not aware of the rights enshrined to them in Islam. Islam considers both men and women equally human and grants them equal human rights. Both have similar duties to perform, for instance prayer, rituals, fasting etc. According to Islam, personal superiority is only based on piety and not gender. There is no religious restriction on women attaining education or working outside their home But in reality, women are more conversant with the concocted version, as preached by religious leaders with a certain bent of mind. Severe case of ignorance or may be lihaaz (respect) that is engrained in their psyche by family and surroundings cause such passive identity. This docility is definitely visible in Pakistan, as female try to reconcile with violence and the sense of guilt is very strong within them.

A country that came into existence with the pre-text of Islam, it is very disheartening to see that religious and Qura'anic principles are frequently avoided and twisted, especially regarding status of women. Incidentally the social evils against which Prophet Muhammad fought for the entirety of his life, are deep-rooted in the Pakistani society. And the so-called guardians of the faith take them as customary to ‘punish’ women and ostracize them. The common practice of justifying violence and brutality in the name of Islam needs to be impeded.

“If everyone knew the true status of a Muslim woman in Islam even the men would want to be women.”

Problems Faced By Pakistani Women

Pakistan is a male dominant society.Women of Pakistan suffers from a lot of hurdles and problems that sometimes demoralize her and discourages her. These problems are not only given by society but also from families. Some of the problems faced by them are health, education, social boundaries, favoritism by parents and work place harassment.

In health sector, there is lack of basic facilities for the whole population, but women and children of rural areas suffer the most,it is because of the remoteness of health services, caused by lack of proper care and non-availability of qualified medical staff.Insufficiency of clean drinking water, whispered poverty are the main reasons of poor health and high death rate. However, lack of awareness in peoples also aggravates the pitiable situation.

The availability of educational facilities as well as their standards is far away from perfection. On one hand, our education system is not satisfactory, while on the other hand, the social perception are not in favor of female education.

In social context, though, the role of women is increasing but in some parts of society, females are looked down upon and their rights are denied.Society in such areas remains hostage to traditions and customs which in some cases strong enough to bypass the law.Women are used as an object,to settle disputes.
Mostly, women have to face the favoritism that their family gives to their brothers, father and other male of family rather than her.It is just because of their perception that they don't value their point of view,.In our society, parents used to advises their daughters instead of son to compromise on every thing. They emphasizes to lead their sons as compare to their daughters.
Working women are facing serious problems at workplace like harassment. Their family life especially children suffer a lot, because,on one hand, they have to fulfill their family needs by performing dual jobs,on the other hand, the work conditions are exploitative for them.
The personality of the women are suppressed. Continuous discouraging factors cause them frustrated. We need to take serious and sensible steps on all these problems and need a proactive approach to solve them because,a healthy society, requires the collaboration of both men and women.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

International women’s day is celebrated on a global platform every year on 8th March. It is a day which came into being to rejoice the unusual power of woman, which she has shown in last few years. The day provides us opportunity to stand together and unite to fight for the violation faced by women around the globe. International women's day celebrated every year but still women are not completely empowered in many developing countries.

Women empowerment refers generally to the expansion of freedom of choice and action to shape one’s life. It implies control over resources and decisions. An empowered woman will be one who is self confident, who seriously analyses her environment and who exercises control over decisions that affect her life Women empowerment is all about making them self-dependent on taking the decisions of life irrespective of the fear of the people and the society. In today’s time, the condition of the women is weakening day by day with less awareness paid to them.

We live in a male oriented society where men govern women, just because they are assumed to be physically weaker. Most of the individuals don’t even difficulty to educate their daughters. The lives of Pakistani women have changed during the past 30 years and they are more empowered then they were ever before. More and more women are ingoing the workforce today as their choice, who made the first time at the work place and also made life easier for other women, them the encouragement to do so. But still women are facing many problems, discrimination and also harassment in work force.

Unfortunately in some places of Pakistan people murder female infants, as their natural choice is to have boys in the families who would eventually become the bread earners. We as a nation need to put an end to this horrible fashion and broaden our vision to think women are as important as men. They are strong, powerful and have every right to step out of their house and live life on their own terms.

Unfortunately, women in developing countries like Pakistan are suppressed and considered lower in many regards. Conventional system hardly allows them to increase, fight and stand for their rights. Women empowerment calls for expected change in conventional system. The need of the hour is to give women with harassment-free workplaces and business environment that supports and welcomes them to improve their ability.

To promote the gender equality and women empowerment; to show up the importance of women representation and contribution in decision making; and to encourage the women towards public and private sector employment Also for the promotion and protection of women rights, to restore the personal security and dignity of women and to give them protection at workplace. Women friendly communications and  environment at workplace, awareness raising campaigns among citizens on gender and development.

All girls deserve good homes and education and a secure future is what we all desire for girls who are from small families and rural areas. They need to explore life, take a stand for themselves and live life to the fullest. I request to you an open mind while helping others because a single good deed of yours can bring a wide smile on someone’s face. Believe that all daughters are like candles they give you hope and happiness. With a little bit of encouragement and support women of Pakistan can do anything.
